We also offer community football programs that encourage participation and enjoyment for all players, regardless of their level of experience.

WOMEN & GIRLS SUMMER 7s
11 October to 13 December 2026
Our popular Summer 7s competition for Women is returning in 2026.
Played at Waramanga District Playing Fields on Sunday afternoons.
Divisions are:

Div 1 (CLW1 and CLW2 Level)

Div 3 (CLW5 and CLW6 Level)

This year, the program is extended to Girls U14 and U16 (subject to team numbers).

MINIROOS
U6 - U9 years
MiniRoos at WMFC provides opportunities for boys and girls of all abilities aged between 6 and 9 to play small sided games on Saturday mornings at Waramanga Playing Fields. We also offer U8 and U9 Girls teams who play both at Waramanga and surrounding suburbs.

MINIROOS
U10 - U11 years
The U10/11 MiniRoos program gives players the chance to develop their technical skills and competitive interests by moving to a larger, half‑sized field and competing against teams from other ACT clubs. Players can attend grading sessions to play in higher divisions or simply play with friends in one of the many available divisions.

JUNIORS
U12 - U18 years

These teams play in competitions that are graded and against other ACT region clubs, with home matches at Waramanga and away matches at various venues in the region. From Under 14 the games are played on full fields and most age groups have several divisions to cater for different levels. At these levels WMFC offers both open teams (boys and girls) and girls teams (girls only).

WOMENS
Senior Competitions
The Club currently fields highly successful Women's State League teams and is always looking to increase participation of women across all levels of competition. Games are held on Sundays across grounds in the ACT region and WMFC offers teams to cater for all ages and abilities.
MASTERS
Mens and Womens
Our hugely successful Masters programs for Men and Women means there is no need to hang up the boots! In 2025 we offered three O35 and two O45's men's teams, finishing premiers in both Division 1 categories as well as two O35's women's teams. Games are held on Sundays across grounds in the ACT region and WMFC offers teams to cater for all ages and abilities.
MENS
Senior Competitions
The WMFC Senior Men's teams compete on Saturdays across both the Community League and Stage League competitions. We have a proud history in these competitions, with WMFC crowned minor premiers in both Division 1 and Division 2 of the Capital League A club spirit permeates throughout every team and with so many on offer there is a team out there for you!
